Unlike the opaque, year-end bonus calculations often found elsewhere, our bonus structure is directly tied to the size and timing of the deals we successfully close. Bonuses are distributed promptly upon transaction closure, rather than delayed until year-end. Furthermore, in line with our collaborative teamwork approach, bonuses are shared across the team for each transaction. This ensures that every team member benefits from collective success and is incentivized to support one another, such as stepping in to cover for teammates during vacations, fostering an environment where challenging transactions are embraced rather than avoided.
