• Analyze the critieria you are targeting and make a recommendation on the strategic fit within your organization
• Provide an understanding of the current market conditions, including general seller expectations
• Prepare a financial model analyzing the cost of an acquisition, accounting for interest rates, fees associated with an acquisition, and any other deal specific costs
• Develop a list of potential targets and rationale for each

After identifying and contacting the right target, we provide Transaction Support Services, including:

• Analyze the target and the appropriate valuation
• Negotiate on your behalf with the target
• Work with your legal team to draft deal docs (including the LOI and SPA)
• Assist with the online data room (if necessary)
• Provide general transaction support
