At Rock Hall Partners, our readiness assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of your company’s current (and potential) market value. We analyze your business to determine its monetary value, yes, but we also look at its strengths and weaknesses, its opportunities and threats, what would make it attractive to potential buyers, and whether you’re prepared for a successful sale.
During this assessment, we focus on three key areas:
Establishing Your Company’s Value
We will perform a detailed financial analysis to determine your business’s value. While our analysis will include normal valuation approaches (like the discounted cash flow method), we also focus on key attributes impacting the value of government contracting firms specifically (e.g., your revenue associated with one or more set-aside preference programs) that are not typically addressed in valuation analyses. We believe this results in a more accurate view of what your company is worth from the viewpoint of a buyer who is likely to acquire your company.
Identifying Key Value Drivers
