Dalton supports all functions of the deal life cycle, bringing strong analytical skills from his background in fixed income trading and consulting. With his heavy analytical background, Dalton loves to dig into the roots of each business transaction and find opportunities to create value.

Prior to joining Rock Hall Partners, Dalton worked in a trading analytics role at Fannie Mae on the Whole Loan trading desk, growing a variety of financial analysis skills as a team lead. Before his time at Fannie Mae, he spent a few years at CGI Federal working with government clients on the healthcare side to grow his professional client services skillset. He is currently in his final semester at Georgetown University where he is working to earn his Masters of Science in Finance degree later this year.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Dalton stays active through hobbies such as working out, golf, and jiu-jitsu. He also enjoys the opportunity to travel and experience new places, most recently having visited Denmark and Sweden.
