Mark supports the sourcing and execution of sell-side and buy-side engagements, leveraging his strong analytical skills and experience in financial evaluation. With a background in government services transactions, Mark enjoys working with business owners to help them reach their goals.

Before joining Rock Hall Partners, Mark spent over three years working in Corporate Development at Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on Strategy and M&A Execution within Aerospace and Defense. While at Booz Allen, Mark gained experience focusing on divestitures and bolt-on acquisitions to support the company’s growth targets.

Mark earned a Master of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University while playing tight end as a member of the Duke Football team. Mark also gained Investment Banking experience as a Summer Analyst with MDG Partners. Additionally, Mark gained investment experience through internships with RockCreek and DUMAC as a summer investment analyst.

Outside of work, Mark is a passionate sports enthusiast with a love for football and golf. He enjoys spending time outdoors at sporting events and mentoring athletes as they transition out of collegiate sports into their careers.
