Rock Hall Partners Advises CADD Microsystems on its Sale to ARKANCE
April 9, 2024 – Rock Hall Partners is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to CADD Microsystems on its sale to ARKANCE. CADD Microsystems is an Autodesk and Bluebeam Platinum Partner and a market leader in the federal space. CADD Microsystems will join U.S. CAD, a subsidiary of ARKANCE, and a leading provider of AECO technology and value-added services in the United States.
This major acquisition will result in ARKANCE nearly doubling its gross revenue in the United States while expanding its global reach. Since its creation in 2018, ARKANCE has become the leading global Autodesk and Bluebeam Partner, with 1,300 employees in 18 countries.
